The second you are reading this I finished the first semester of my studies at the university, which sound honestly quite surreal. I can remember myself back in October thinking how long this study will take and if I really want to dedicate three to five years of my life to it. And after finishing 1/6 of my complete studies I can say, holy crap time is flying by so quickly. This semester felt so short and I cannot quite believe that the next semester will be even shorter. But hey I cannot complain about that I guess, but this also means that being a real adult is coming my way. Let´s have a drink for that! I am a big gin and tonic fan, and I can drink it all year long without a doubt, but recently I thought about creating a new way of gin and tonic which might be more winter friendly and I came across several recipes on Pinterest, but they all had parts I did not like, so I thought I will combine all the parts I like and create my own recipe. First things first of course gin, and as I am who I am there has to be coffee in there too! Some Winter spices, some milk and you are ready to go for a delicious alternative of a classic g&t! You might wanna whip out this recipe at your next dinner party to impress your friends and family!
Cheers to all of you my friends!
