Apple Crumble

There are days like today (or the past week) when ist raining all day long and all you want to do is laying in bed with a good book and something quick but nice to eat. For all those days I have the ultimate solution for you (at least for the Food). Apple Crumble is very easy and simple but very delicious and quick. Ist just the perfect Food/Dessert for those cold, rainy  and foggy autumnal days.

For one casserole you will Need:

300g flour

1 egg

100g sugar

190g butter

a pinch of salt

1 package vanilla Pudding powder

12 medium apples

Preheat the oven to 200 c°.

First put the flour, the egg, salt, the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl and mix until you get a dough. Put the dough into the freezer.

Peel the apples and slice them into pieces. Place the pieces in a casserole and put the vanilla pudding powder over them. Mix a little bit. Crumble the dough over the apples and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve hot with cream or vanilla ice cream!
